As Central Kentucky Broadband Manager for ConnectKentucky, Sage Cutler manages Kentucky's Prescription for Innovation, a comprehensive broadband deployment and adoption plan that is slated to leverage state, federal and private investment to blanket Kentucky with high-speed Internet access by 2007.

In this role, Sage is responsible for facilitating a comprehensive GIS-based Inventory Assessment of existing broadband infrastructure and service availability; the community-by-community broadband planning and implementation process; and ensuring that every community in Kentucky's Central Region will have an online presence; the ability to improve the quality of life at the local level.

Prior to joining ConnectKentucky, Sage served the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) on the Transition Team as Director of Enterprise Planning and Architecture. While at the COT, Sage oversaw the development of strategic directions and guidelines for technology implementations across State Government Cabinets and Agencies encompassing security awareness training and infrastructure consolidations. Prior to his service with COT, Sage performed as an Electronic Document Management Consultant with IKON Office Solutions in Louisville following his employment as a Network Solutions Consultant with Xerox Corporation in Lexington. His expertise encompasses network solutions for multi-faceted business systems and technical operations.
